These Terms of Service govern your use of sentopi.com and any analysis services provided by Sentopi. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Sentopi provides review analysis reports for e-commerce products. We collect publicly available customer review data, analyze it, and deliver a prioritized action plan to the email address you provide.
The free report covers up to 100 reviews and delivers a summary of top complaint drivers and estimated revenue impact. Paid plans provide a full analysis with specific actions, competitor benchmarks, and month-over-month trend tracking.
One free report is available per person and per product URL. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our supported product categories or minimum review thresholds. Delivery is estimated within 48 hours but not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.

Analysis reports delivered by Sentopi are for your internal business use. The methodology, scoring frameworks, and report formats are proprietary to Sentopi. You may share reports internally within your organization but may not publish or resell them.
Sentopi provides analysis based on publicly available review data at the time of the report. We make no guarantee that the analysis is complete, error-free, or that acting on the recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. Reports are informational in nature and should be evaluated alongside your own business judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentopi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.
