Sentopi ("we," "us," or "our") operates sentopi.com and is run by its co-founders, Oliver Silen and An Luong. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. The site and our reports are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16.
Information We Collect
When you request a free report, we collect what the form asks for:
- Your name and work email address
- Your brand name
- An ASIN or your Amazon store URL (if provided)
- The channels you sell through and your role
- Your monthly sales band (if provided)
If you go ahead with a report, we also receive the sales, traffic and order exports you send us from your own accounts, such as Amazon's Sales and Traffic by Date report from Business Reports and your Shopify orders export. We never ask for a login. We store them privately, use them only for your report, and delete them when you ask. We don't share them or pool them with anyone else's data.
We also collect standard web analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs, and we use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors scroll, click and move through pages. We don't use it to identify individual visitors, and Clarity masks the contents of form fields.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver your report
- Follow up on your request and answer questions
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the site:
- Vercel: hosts this website and runs the server code that receives form submissions. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com.
- Resend: delivers each form submission to us by email. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com.
- Google Analytics: provides anonymized web analytics. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
- Microsoft Clarity: provides session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver the service and maintain a business relationship. Exports you send are kept only while we prepare and discuss your reports. If you don't continue after your free month, we delete them within 90 days of your report, and sooner if you ask. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell personal information). EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR, including the right to erasure and data portability.

Cookies
We use cookies through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies won't affect your ability to use the site.

These Terms of Service govern your use of sentopi.com and any reports provided by Sentopi, which is run by its co-founders, Oliver Silen and An Luong. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Sentopi builds a monthly business review for brands that sell through more than one channel. We combine the sales, traffic and order exports you send us with public Amazon data, such as competitor prices, promotions, rank and ratings, and deliver a report on what moved across your business, why, and what to do first.
Your first monthly report is free. After that, reports are priced per brand by the number of channels and listings you sell through, quoted on a call before you commit. There's no contract.
Free Report
One free first month is available per brand. We reply within 1 business day with the exports to pull, and aim to deliver the report within 5 business days of receiving them, with a 30-minute call to walk through it. These are estimates, not guarantees, and we may decline requests for channels or data we can't yet read.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in your request
- Send us data for a business you aren't authorized to share it for
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the analysis methodology for commercial use
- Resell or redistribute analysis reports without written permission
Intellectual Property
Analysis reports delivered by Sentopi are for your internal business use. The methodology, scoring frameworks, and report formats are proprietary to Sentopi. You may share reports internally within your organization but may not publish or resell them.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sentopi provides analysis based on the data you send us and public data available at the time of the report. We make no guarantee that the analysis is complete, error-free, or that acting on the recommendations will produce specific business outcomes. Reports are informational and should be evaluated alongside your own business judgment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentopi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim, or $100.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and if a change affects data you've already sent us, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
