Your Etsy year on one page.
Paste the orders CSV Etsy lets you download and see revenue and orders by month, how many buyers came back and what they spent, and the listings that earn the most. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded, and buyer names never show.

On Etsy: Shop Manager, Settings, Options, then the Download Data tab. Under Orders, pick the CSV type (Orders or Order Items) and the Year, leave Month empty to get a whole year, and select Download CSV.1 Order Items adds your top listings. Orders gives months and repeat buyers.

What it reads, and what it leaves out
Revenue is the Order Value column in an Orders file, or Order Total when Order Value isn't there. In a Order Items file it's Item Total, or Price times Quantity. Etsy's fees, refunds, shipping costs and ad spend aren't taken off, so this is what buyers ordered, not profit. The marketplace fees page shows what Etsy takes from an order.
A repeat buyer is one buyer (by Buyer User ID, or the Buyer column) with 2 or more orders in the file. A year's file catches more of them than a month's. In an Orders file, orders with a status that says canceled are left out and counted below the results. The Order Items file has no status, so it counts them.
Visits and conversion aren't in the download, only in Etsy's Stats page. If sales fell, why are my Etsy sales down splits the drop into visits and conversion there.
